We make registration flexible for you; sign up for the conference package that best meets your schedule and needs.

A3-Day Gold Passport — December 3-5

Granting you access to every keynote, session and workshop:
$1,595 — Standard Rate

B2-Day Conference-Only Package — December 3-4 only

Two-days of conference keynotes and breakout sessions:

Corporate & Design Teams
Bring three or more of your colleagues and we'll extend even greater savings to the group. To qualify, all registrations must be paid on the same transaction with a corporate check or corporate credit card.

Registration Confirmation

Registration will be confirmed by e-mail. You'll receive a message as soon as payment has been received and your registration has been processed (approximately five working days). This e-mail will include the package you have selected and the amount you have paid, and will serve as your receipt for the conference. Please bring this to the onsite check-in desk the first day of the event.

A more comprehensive e-mail message will be sent closer to the conference start date. It will include information about onsite check-in, agenda updates and more.

Onsite check-in will open the morning of Monday, December 3, 2007. Exact times and location within the Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino will be announced with the follow-up e-mail message.

Speakers & Sessions

The speakers listed on this Web site are leading professionals in their respective fields. Should a speaker be unable to attend the conference, all efforts will be made to replace him or her with one of comparable experience and qualifications.

We are constantly working on improving the quality of our conference products. If the opportunity arises, we may add conference sessions and workshops to the posted line-up to enhance the schedule and provide a better product for our attendees.

Key Deadlines & Registration Policies

Early Bird Deadline
We encourage early registrations and will even discount the package you choose if you sign-up by the Early Bird date. Our conferences do sell out, and registering by the Early Bird deadline helps secure your space. The Super Early Bird deadline for Web Builder 2.0 Las Vegas is September 26, 2007. The Early Bird deadline for Web Builder 2.0 Las Vegas is October 31, 2007.

Transfers & Cancellation
Your conference registration may be transferred to another person within your organization at any time by notifying us in writing. If you must cancel, please notify the conference registrar in writing by the Early Bird deadline: October 31, 2007. You will receive a refund for the package you chose, less a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after the Early Bird deadline, as well as "no-shows," are liable for the full registration fee.

In the event that the conference is cancelled by Redmond Media Group, registration fees only will be refunded. Cancellations of travel reservations and hotel reservations made directly with the hotel are the responsibility of the attendee.

Special Requirements
If you foresee any special requirements while attending Web Builder 2.0 (dietary, access, or otherwise), please contact the conference registrar at 800-280-6218 (or 541-346-3537) at least one month in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate your wishes.

Photo Release
From time to time we use photographs of conference participants in our promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance at Web Builder 2.0, Redmond Media Group/1105 Media Inc. reserves the right to use your likeness in such materials.

Conference Attendee Networking List
A Web Builder 2.0 Conference Attendee List will be made available to all paid 2007 Conference attendees for networking purposes only. If you would like to be included (name, company & phone number), please check the appropriate box on the registration page, or tell our Customer Service Representative.

The Conference Attendee list may not be used for solicitation, marketing or recruiting purposes; it may not be used as a directory or incorporated into any other list, directory or database. This list may not be published or copied for any other individual or organization. Redmond Media Group/1105 Media Inc. will take action against those found in violation of this policy..

And More…
Children under 18 years of age are not permitted to enter or attend any of the conference. No cameras or recording devices are permitted in the sessions at Web Builder 2.0. Redmond Media Group/1105 Media Inc. will record portions of the conference programs, and audio clips will be available on the Virtual Conference Web site.
